Hope you are all having a fun Halloween...I better start thinking about putting my game face on...:-) I'll post pictures tomorrow if I dare :-)
I have to say that I love the colour challenges best...followed by the sketch challenges.
This little zebra fell into my ink pads I think! Isn't he cute in these colours? Wonder if he would make a nice Christmas Zebra in reds and greens? Hmmm..
Have a wonderful Halloween! I made (decorated) 67 suckers using my scalloped punch, circle punches and the Booglie eyes sets today. I got them coloured & assembled just before Dancing with the Stars (I"m sorry I can't talk about it yet...OMG what happened???) started. Then I had to run them over to my SIL so the three kids could take them to school tomorrow! The looked so cute and I didn't even get a picture!!!
Thanks for dropping by Sue (Dancing with the Stars biggest (heartbroken) fan!)
These are three of the card we did at my last Stampers Monthly club. The date came up at me faster than I expected so i was scrambling around looking at all the wonderful inspiration on the blogs and SCS and SU. So these might be exact CASE's or inspired close cases...forgive me if they are it was all a bit of a rush and I have no idea where I saw the originals apart from the one with the snowflakes, which came from the SU homepage.
The colours on these pictures are really bad for some reason..sorry about that!
If you click on the image you will see the little snowflakes behind the scalloped image
The trees are quick and easy to cut out...watching TV or waiting for the kids at their sports games! I've already got a stack of them made for my own use.
In addition we made this card
If one of the first two are close to your design please let me know and I will provide credit and a link.
Thanks for peeking in tonight!
The Sunday challenge is to take another card on a particular person's SCS album and then create your version of it.
This is what I came up with. The Artist to CASE this week was Nitestamper and you can check out her beautiful art work HERE Make sure to look at her stamp room too...so beautiful! My card does not have all the ribbon she included in hers...I just wasn't in a ribbon-y mood tonight. :-)
Thanks for dropping by! Sue
This card was just a quick little card I made..trying to get some Christmas cards made in time to mail them out this year...LOL.
I have to start a little scrapbook for a friend soon..have a week to get it done so might have to focus on it a bit over the next week.
Thanks for stopping by.
I used again the pearls and silk flowers from the SU Pretties Kit (so many things in this kit...), a little bling brad, shimmery white card stock; Soft Sky print Patterned paper and textured ca. Scalloped punch and circle punch.
Thanks for coming by!
There are NINE layers on this card (without the ribbon or pearls) LOL..that flower is definitely 3-D! LOL
Cracked open the beautiful Charbon Paper for this one. I really mist the Au Chocolate from last year...maybe we will get brown again in the upcoming catalogue?
The base is stamped with the Lace background stamp for some added texture. The vanilla card stock is distressed with the distressing tool and then edged in Basic Gray. The flower is stamped in basic Gray also.
I may send this to my Mum...she loves Pearls :-) Do you think it would survive a trip to Ireland????
Thanks for stopping by! I think I might be done for the evening...maybe... LOL
