So I love looking at blogs...and for the longest time I have been reading Sarah's blog "A Beach Cottage" and loving her style of writing and photography. Everything is very beachy and white and relaxed, I feel like I could put my feet up and she would bring the tea and we would chit chat for ages. That or I meet her downtown Sydney and bring her treats like British Tea and wallpaper...a fellow blogger has to help out where they can..wait..that part is true! She is so funny and down to earth. (and if you want to try winning a cute Canon camera give away, she is having a blog candy for that right now!!!)
Soo..recently Sarah started doing a Saturday feature... The BC Saturday's Club. It encourages us to relax and enjoy the simple things in life like, a nice lattee and a book at your favourite coffee hangout, buying a treat for yourself like a cream or lotion. This weekend it was buying flowers..ot if you can't afford it just picking some in your garden...or even just getting out and smelling the neighbours!!! It's always fun and there is always an option to bypass the cost or keep it down..so everyone can play. OH I almost forgot...wearing ruffles and relaxing is a big part of it too.
As I mentioned this weekend the theme was flowers and I did manage to treat myself to some flowers (snicker). I was at the grocery store and they had bunches of tulips for $2 each..so I took 6 bunches and for $12 I am having so much fun with them. Tulips are one of my fav flowers to have in the house. I took some pics...what do you think? $12 for a week of joy..
