Sniffles and flowers

Sick..every year whether I need it or not I get a really bad cold. Hand me my tissues and I am off to bed.

Today I was hanging out on the sofa feeling sorry for myself when I noticed that the lovely flowers that I received at the Easter Brunch were looking a little "tired". They needed to be sorted and edited. I took my Mother In Law's lovely silver teapot (that she would die if she saw how tarnished I let it get...but I like that look!) and cut back the flowers that still had life in them and created a little bouquet to brighten up my day. I always love this secondary life giving exercise for bouquets of flowers...they always look so totally different from the original.

What do you think?

I love the rainbows of colour that tarnished silver creates..

The teapot is quite plain with just a little trim of decoration

刚才坐火车的经历刚才坐火车的经历。我正在排队的时候，突然一个阿姨冲出来去插队。买完票出来就说，大家都别学我啊，别学我，我素质低，～内伤有木有～这元旦有点悲催了，刚睡下手机震了。收到元旦快乐的短信。看了下回复了一条又继续睡了一点多电话响了，我闭着眼睛说话那边传来元旦快乐：有没想我啊？我汗。没有！！又继续睡了。四点多，妹的电话又响了！元旦快乐！我们在跨年 MD还让不让老娘睡了！等了好一会儿，怎么包子还没来啊？服务员，我点的包子呢？你没点，你只要了一包纸。我说的是包子，是肉包子啊。二逼青年欢乐多 12年12月30日晚11点59分，一舍友突然跑到阳台倒数，然后大吼了一声新年快乐！结果对面女生宿舍一个阴暗角落传来一声:傻X 12月有31天两边宿舍哄然大笑奇葩的喝水法宿舍有一哥们很渴，不想动。看到桌子上一杯放了几天的水。上面飘着灰，下面有杂质。于是，拿起一根吸管喝掉了中间的部分。早上的电话…… 上学的时候，只有父母会很早给我们打电话，即便我们还在睡觉在不知道是谁来的电话之前还要骂骂咧咧，接完以后，会感到被爱呵护着的温暖然后翻身继续幸福的睡个回笼觉！而上班后，只有老板会在很早给我们打电话，即便我们醒着也知道是谁打的的时候，还是会骂骂咧咧，挂下电话依然会从内心诅咒老板，因为我们会翻身起来不情愿的去加班！我慎重考虑后答：那要两份肉末烧茄子！老板：都说了，不用省阿。我：龙虾，鲍鱼，炸蟹老板：服务员，俩份烧茄子。一对老夫少妻上街散步。走了不多远，两人就碰见丈夫一同事，那同事朝丈夫打招呼说：嗨，散步啊，这是你女儿吗？丈夫洋洋得意地说：这是我老婆。又走了一会儿，两人碰见妻子一同事，那同事朝妻子打招呼说：嗨，散步啊，这是你爸爸吗？妻子回答说：这是我老公。丈夫大不悦，说：啥眼神儿哦！ “奋斗”精神老隋年轻的时候为了多挣工分，就干起了掏矛楼、拉大粪的活。开放后，老隋进了城，买了个管道疏通机，专门给城里人疏通厕所，儿子大了有些看不惯了就说：干嘛老是跟粪打交道？干嘛不干些体面的工作！老隋说：你也甭跟我吹牛，体面的工作是有技术的，你老子我没文化，只能靠自己奋斗，你也得象我这样有点奋斗精神！尼姑的野心深夜，一年轻尼姑被一阵急促的敲门声惊醒。尼姑打开门一看，一负伤美男倒在门前。男子虚弱地说：救救我，后面有人追杀我。尼姑连忙扶起男子，并把他藏到了尼姑庵里。一会儿，来了一帮提刀的黑衣人。黑衣人说：里面有没有一个负伤的男人。尼姑说：没有。黑衣人说：我凭什么相信你？尼姑说：出家人不打诳语。黑衣人说：打了诳语会怎样？尼姑说：下十八层地狱，永世不得超生。黑衣人走了。尼姑关上门，坚定地说：此生能得如此美男，下十八层地狱又何妨，永世不得超生又何惧。谁让咱是有钱人
