LOL...did you eat Fish Fingers when you were a kid? I grew up in Ireland and Birds Eye Fish Fingers were one my favourite things for lunch and every Friday was fish day (being the good Catholic girl I was). They used this line in the ad..the old sea captain asking the little boy LOL
Anyway.. I'm rambling!
The new catalogue has lots of nautical themed items in it.
My absolute favourite is the new Maritime Designer Series Paper. All red white and navy it is sharp and bright..add a touch of Coastal Cabana and you have that tropical touch!
So this week I will be showcasing the DSP and the Stamp Set I mention on Friday called Sea Street
So the first card in this series that I would like to share is the one everyone made at my Open House this weekend. (Thank you all for coming!!)
Nice and simple with clean lines. Great for the sailor in your life! I stamped the little solid imaged starfish and punch him out using the new itty bitty punch.
Here are the items I used to create this card.
Paper: Night of Navy; Real Red; Whisper White; Maritime DSP #133696 $13.50
Ink: Night of Navy
Stamp Set: Sea Street #133988 $20.95 CM / #133985 $27.95 WM
Misc: Basic Pearls, #119247 $6.50, Circle Punches; NEW Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack (flower, heart and star) #133787 / $22.95;
