Our third Paper Angels Retreat is almost here and we have some exciting news! First I would like to share that my good friend Alison Solven will be joining me in presenting this retreat along with her assistant Barb. ALSO....drum roll...we are offering a one day option this year to see how it goes over and if it works for us and you! Details are below!
Friday, April 26th 1pm - Sunday, April 28th 3pm
Registration:
FULL WEEKEND
Register by March 31st for the special Early Bird fee of $265.
Register April 1st - 12th and the fee is $295. (April 12th is the final day of registration.)
This glorious weekend of
crafting includes:
- a private room complete with linens and towels (some shared rooms available on a first requested
basis)
- six full, delicious meals (dinner Friday to lunch Sunday)

ONE DAY ONLY
If you can't make
it for the entire weekend, but would like to join us for one day you
are welcome to join us on Saturday, April 27th from 9am - 10pm. The fee
for one day is $85 and includes your lunch, dinner, 1/2 of a 6' table, a
welcome gift, the fab goody bag (valued over $50!), and access to all of
the other events taking place on Saturday.

About Rosemary Heights Retreat Centre:
Rosemary
Heights Retreat Centre is
located on 30 acres of forested grandeur on the banks of the Nicomekl
River,in south Surrey, so there are acres of beautiful serene property
to wander around on. There is plenty of shopping nearby, lounge areas
in each residence, and a fridge & microwave will be available.
All
meals are absolutely fabulous! Special dietary needs will be catered
where possible, so please inform us of any requirements. Feel free to
bring your own snacks, but please refrain from ordering/bringing meals from outside as it is not permitted..
The facility is wheelchair accessible. It truely is a beautiful spot and you will feel like you are far far away from the city and hussel and bussel of life.
Classes:
Printer's Tray $40
Instructor: Joanne West
Friday, 7pm
In this class you will create
this beautiful, seasonally themed Printers Tray. All supplies will be
provided and you will go home with a truly exquisite piece to decorate
your home. Bring your camera to this event! We will have alternative
themed displays for you to take pictures of so you will have inspiration
to switch out the theme for the seasons! Yes..this is interchangeable
and so easy to change as you feel through the year, come to the class
and find out just how easy this is!

Pimp My Kit $25
Instructor: Sue Farrant
Saturday, 9:30am
Back by popular demand! In this class we will take the "For the Record" Scrapbooking Kit and "pimp" it up!
Adding
beautiful metallic accents and colourful co-ordinating cardstock and
ribbons we will recreate the layout and make it even better! At the end
of this class you will have two pages completed ready to just add your
photos!
Sweet Swallowtail Card Class $30
Instructor: Barb Baker
Saturday, 2:30pm
In
this class we will make four cards and a box for storing the cards,
making it a fabulous gift for someone special. Each card will feature
the gorgeous Swallowtail stamp found in Stampin' Up's Spring Catalogue.
You will also get your very own clear-mount Swallowtail stamp with your
class fee! If you already own the Swallowtail stamp, you may choose
another stamp set valued at $16.95 or less, but be sure to bring your
Swallowtail with you!
Think Outside the Boxes! $25
Instructor: Sue Farrant
Saturday, 7:30pm
In this class you will use the
contents of the Designer Boxes Kit and "Think Outside the Boxes". There
is nothing Sue like more that to take a kit and play with it and see
where it leads her. This one led her to a whole lot of fun and
creativity!
In this class
you will create a 2-page 12x12 layout, 2 cards, 1 decorated box with
gift cards, 1 decorated peek-a-boo window box with candy.
12 Things Mini Album, $30
Instructor: Joanne West
Sunday, 9:30am
Made from scratch you will complete a beautiful, colourful, and fun mini
album. 12 6x6 pocket pages with lovely accents and details. Using our
beautiful International Bazaar Designer Series Papers Jo will take you
through the steps of creating this great little book. 12 things, 12
months, 12 anything! Choose your theme. Papers are really versatile and
can be used for a male or female themed book.
